Prices include shipping for US orders using USPS Media Mail, including tracking and insurance.
Multi-item orders may be eligible for a shipping discount. This will be determined at my discretion, based on the final shipping costs. Discounts will be issued as a partial refund.
International customers are welcome to contact me for a customized order quote, but you're probably better off ordering from a local retailer to avoid exorbitant shipping costs.
Digital downloads are for your own personal use only. You may not distribute, post, or otherwise share them. Purchase of these items does not constitute a transfer of copyright.
If your item was damaged: I ship all items with insurance. Please see the USPS Website for details of how to file a claim. Keep original packing materials and the damaged item for evidence until the claim is resolved.
If your item is defective: I check all items before sending them, but in the unlikely event that an item you receive is defective (missing pages, smudged printing, etc.), contact me within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange. Provide a photo of the defective item in your request, and I will contact you with detailed exchange instructions.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase: Items may be returned in their original (unread/unopened) condition for a refund. Contact me within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return request. Upon receipt and confirmation of the returned item, you will be issued a refund minus the original shipping costs. You are responsible for return shipping.
Due to the nature of digital sales, all sales are FINAL.
